GIS Organizational Structure

GIS has established the "Principles for Corporate Governance Practice". According to Article 20 of the Governance Principles, the Board of Directors should guide the Company's strategy, supervise the management, and be responsible to the Company and shareholders.   

Incorporation of Sustainability Information 

into the Internal Control System

On November 11, 2024, the Board of Directors approved to incorporate sustainability information into the internal systems, through the addition of the “Regulations Governing Establishment of Internal Control Systems by Public Companies” into the Company’s internal control and internal review systems, ensuring that the preparation and verification of the Reports comply with applicable laws and internal regulations. The internal review system for sustainable development information has been effective since January 1, 2025.
